All returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all other accessories (i.e. screws, bass knobs, plastic coverings, protective films, etc.) Failure to meet any of these requirements will result in a higher restocking fee or denial of return request.
All DOA (Dead on Arrival)/ Defective items must be reported within 48 hours after receiving the item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the purchase price of the product is refundable.
